Terms of use

Last updated 25 September 2026. These terms cover purchases and use of WatchNow Naija. We provide time-limited access credentials as described on the plan page. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with Netflix.

Plans and delivery

Prices, duration and device limits are shown before payment. A paid plan starts when payment is confirmed and ends on its displayed expiry date. You may buy more than one plan or buy a gift for someone else. Gift details and credentials are sent to the recipient address you provide; please check that address carefully. If automatic delivery fails, contact support with your payment reference and do not pay twice.

Account and devices

Keep your sign-in and access details private. Register the devices used for each plan in your dashboard using a recognizable name, and update them when they change. Do not register another person's device without permission or share access outside your plan's stated limits. We may investigate misuse and restrict access where necessary.

Payments, issues and refunds

Payments are processed by Paystack. If access is not delivered or stops working during a paid term, contact support@watchnownaija.com with your payment reference so we can investigate and offer a remedy. Refund requests are reviewed against the payment and service history and applicable law. We will not ask you to pay again to fix an already confirmed order.

Third-party service

Streaming availability and platform rules are controlled by the streaming provider and may change. We do not promise that every title or feature will always be available. Contact us promptly if your access fails during a paid term.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and post the new date here. Material changes affecting an active purchase will be communicated by email where appropriate. See our privacy notice for information handling.
