Privacy notice

Last updated 25 September 2026. This notice describes how WatchNow Naija handles information when you browse, create an account, buy access, register a device, or contact us.

Information we use

We collect the name, email, phone number and device name you provide. We record plans, payment references, amounts, expiry dates, referrals, support messages, and email delivery records. Our site also records page visits, checkout attempts, a browser visitor identifier and, when you sign in, your account email so we can understand site use and improve checkout.

Why we use it

We use this information to create and manage your account, deliver purchased access, link devices to the correct plan, confirm payments, prevent abuse, answer support requests, send service notices and understand which pages and checkout steps work. We do not claim to read your Netflix app activity or see your Netflix device sessions. Device names are supplied by you.

Providers and sharing

Payment processing is handled by Paystack; account and site data by Supabase; service email by Resend; hosting by our hosting provider. Bot checks may use Cloudflare Turnstile. These providers process information needed for their services. We do not store your card details.

Security and retention

Account access is protected by sign-in. Viewing saved plan credentials requires a one-time email code and stops when the plan expires. We keep purchase and support records for the period needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations, then delete or de-identify them when no longer needed.

Your choices

You can update registered device names from your dashboard. To request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or to ask about our processing, email support@watchnownaija.com. Some records may need to be retained for payment or legal reasons.
