Register or update a device
Sign in, open My Plans, select the plan you use, then choose Add device or Edit. Type a recognizable name such as “Wendy’s iPhone 18.” Each plan has its own device list.
Find your access details
Your credentials are emailed after confirmed payment. For an active plan, select it in your dashboard and choose “View this plan’s credentials.” We send a six-digit code to your account email. Enter it within 10 minutes. Expired plans cannot be unlocked.
Password recovery
On the sign-in page, enter your email and choose Forgot password. Open the newest reset email on the same browser, then set a new password. If the link is expired, request another.
Payment or delivery issue
If Paystack confirms payment but access is not available, do not pay again. Send your payment reference and account email to support@watchnownaija.com or WhatsApp support. Please never send your password or one-time code.
